Great location for public transportation and attractions, close to Borough Market and London Bridge. Good breakfast with polite staff. Cozy room with complimentary water, tea, and biscuits. Recommended for families. Reception, bar, and restaurant areas are stunning. Short walk to the tube. Helpful and friendly staff. Ability to cast Netflix to the TV. Lovely Dutch man checking us in. Comfortable rooms with soundproof windows.

The hotel is very close to almost all tourist attractions in central London, providing easy access to transportation and walking distance to the city center. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were great. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a great variety of options.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being near an underground tube station and close to the river. It was also easy to arrive from Gatwick airport. the hotel was conveniently located near almost all the tourist attractions in central London. The room had a comfortable bed and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the view from the room was stunning. a great stay with convenient facilities and advantages.
The bathroom in my room was small and uncomfortable, making it difficult to use.

The staff were amazing, always helpful and friendly, especially Anjilla at the reception. The bar had a great atmosphere and served delicious cocktails. The rooms were clean and the bed linen was of good quality. The location of the hotel was excellent, with great views of a famous London landmark.
The shower in our room had a faulty shower head, and we could only use one of the two showers. our room was not cleaned on the second day, a bit disappointing.

The little touch of the muffins in the room was a good surprise. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a great variety of options. I had mentioned that it was my daughter's 16th birthday, and the hotel upgraded our room, giving us a amazing view of the Shard.

I had a wonderful stay here. This place is in a perfect location just a short distance away from the tube station and travelling was made easy to multiple stations. The staff here were exceptional, in particular the General Manager, who made sure that everything was taken care of. The service from the bar team and restaurant team was great too, and the food and drinks were amazing. The rooms were very comfortable, and the amenities provided were of high quality. I especially appreciated the free toiletries and the in-room coffee and tea facilities. Finally, I had the chance to use the spa lounge, steam room, and leisure/TV facilities, which were top-notch.
I would highly recommend this venue to all my friends!
